It is also possible to quickly and smoothly design the care process as well as an optimization of treatment times with a simultaneous improvement of the doctor-patient relationship.
A cloud-based solution is required. The requirements for the solution are described in the file "01 LV-SMD-GLKN" in the sheet "FK SMD" and are evaluated accordingly.
For first-class recording quality, dictation machines are advertised, the minimum requirements for the dictation machines are summarized in the file "01 LV-SMD-GLKN" in the sheet "LV".
In the first phase, the suitability of the bidders is checked in the context of a competitive tender.

The evaluation of the offers is based on the evaluation matrix attached to the specifications in accordance with the "Document for tendering and evaluation of IT services" (UfAB). The evaluation of the offers depends on the price and the respective fulfillment of the points listed in the UfAB matrix for each rating level (performance 60%, price 40%).
For the evaluation of the performance, the questionnaire "FK SMD" in the document "01 LV-SMD-GLKN" must be completed. Each criterion is weighted by the client as stated and the respective offer is graded with a score.
