The city of Essen intends to carry out various demolition, new construction and conversion measures on the site of the depot at Elisenstraße 70-78.

The subject of the VgV procedure is the awarding of general planning services for a coherent, future-oriented new planning instead of two outgoing halls and for a still existing, but also defunct social building, including the necessary demolition measures and conversion measures to existing facilities, including a media channel, as well as the planning of a new traffic management centre.

LB10: Site clearance/dismantling according to AHO Booklet No. 18 (basic services for property development, demand planning, basic services for performance levels 1-4),

A step-by-step assignment across performance profiles is planned as follows:

- Level 1: LPh 1-3,

- Level 2: LPh 4-5,

- Level 3: HPh 6-8,

- Level 4: HPh 9.
