Tendering for finished medicinal products.
The company health insurance fund Mobil Oil intends to conclude active substance-related discount agreements for the finished medicinal products named in the tender documents in accordance with Section 130a, Paragraph 8 of the Social Code Book V. The contract period begins on January 1, 2022 and is 24 months (lot 1 to 13) or 12 months (lot 14 to 17).
The discount event occurs when a pharmaceutical that is the subject of the contract is dispensed and invoiced to insured persons of the Mobil Oil company health insurance fund during the contract period.
This does not apply to charges in the context of reimbursement procedures in accordance with Section 13 (2) SGB V, drugs that are prescribed and billed within the framework of consultation hours, and drugs that are dispensed by hospital pharmacies to those insured with the Mobil Oil company health insurance fund.
The finished medicinal products advertised are prescription-only medicinal products.
