This is an open invitation to tender subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-2, R. 2162-4, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162 -14 of the code of the public order.

The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide telecommunication services with the limited supply of accessories for the needs of the Mairie de Nemours.

This Framework Agreement is divided into two separate lots and defined as follows: each lot is a single-award master agreement subject to purchase orders with no minimum or maximum.

- lot 1 - fixed and mobile telephony,

- lot 2 - interconnection of sites, Internet access, SIP Trunk and T2.

The framework agreement is concluded from the date of notification for a duration of 1 year. It is renewable by tacit agreement from that date for a period of 1 year without the total duration exceeding 4 years and without the holder of the framework agreement being able to oppose it.

Provision of access to the public network:

- analog access,

- access for 2 to 4 simultaneous calls (type "basic access, T0"),

- access for 6 to 12 simultaneous calls (type "basic access, T0").

Routing of telephone traffic for object access in Lot 1:

- from all sources,

- outgoing to local, national, mobile and international,

- outgoing to special numbers and emergency numbers.

Mobile phone services:

- routing of incoming and outgoing calls,

- data exchange,

- terminals, accessories.

Site interconnection services.

Internet access services.

VOIP Trunk SIP telephony service.

Type T2 access.
