1. The subject of the contract is the supply of plastic containers for blood collection and preparation in the amount of 70 000 pieces.

The container set must consist of a blood drain, a main container and two transfer containers permanently and integrally connected by drains ensuring a controlled, closed, sterile and apirogenic flow system between containers.

Construction: middle container (main) containing CPD preservative liquid in the amount of 63 - 70 ml for collection of 450 ml ± 10% blood + lower container a' 300-600 ml (transfer container intended for storage of KCz for 42 days) containing approx. 100 ml of enrichment solution (RW) for prolonged storage of blood + empty upper container a' 300 - 600 ml.

The collection container must have an additional container connected by a drain enabling the collection of blood samples from the first portion of blood before donation with a capacity of min. 30 ml, with a universal port attached for closed-system blood sampling.

Application: for blood collection, for the production of red blood cell concentrate without leukocyte-platelet sheepskin in an enrichment solution, fresh-frozen plasma and leukocyte-platelet sheepskin.

2. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the containers to the headquarters of the Contracting Entity, 3A Sienkiewicza Street in Racibórz.
