Tydal municipality has a large building stock and the buildings must either be renovated or reconstructed. This includes a nursing home, a health centre and an administration building.

The possibility of new premises for ambulance and fire service shall also be investigated, as well as the possibility of some business areas. Co-location of the future buildings is an important to meet the future needs of the inhabitants of Tydal.
