In connection with the restructuring of the organization with the outsourcing of tasks, a comprehensive contract complex for recurring standard assignments and ordering assignments (supplementary assignments) in the field of contracting and service assignments is hereby offered in accordance with Article 47 of the utilities directive.

The tenderer enters into a contract complex as a supplier and subcontractor for the Aalborg Harbor Group's companies and the Aalborg Harbor Group's customers for a 6-year period, from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2025.

The service deals with the service tasks at all times in Aalborg Harbor. The services offered fall into two main groups: standard tasks and ordering tasks (supplementary tasks).
