This contract is a supply contract in the form of a framework agreement with the aim of:

- the supply of protective equipment for the hands, in accordance with the terms and conditions of these special specifications;

- the contracting authority is part of a sustainable public purchasing process. The performance of this contract must therefore be carried out in accordance with ethical and environmental concerns;

- in addition, the attention of tenderers is drawn to the fact that the contracting authority is also part of a purchasing policy sensitive to gender equality and the consequent increase in the number of women active in field missions requiring suitable equipment in terms of protection.
