1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, in the area of Paliwodzizna and Płonne forests in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, logging and harvesting of wood and nature protection, forest fire protection, as well as maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of drainage facilities, to be performed in 2023. 2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, logging and harvesting of wood and nature protection, forest fire protection, as well as maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of drainage equipment resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Appendix 2.3.1. – forestry characteristics in terms of timber harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry; Appendix No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of skidding wood; Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in obtaining and skidding; Appendix 2.3.5. – list of items not available for machine acquisition; Appendix 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of logging (potential); Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds); Appendix No. 2.4.2. - list of items not available for renewal made with the help of a planter; 3) The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates. 4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work performance technology" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the General Director of the State Forests of May 12, 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work performance technology" in organizational units of the State Forests along with the changes introduced by amending decisions; Appendix No. 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry works performance technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Toruń adopted by Decision No. 17 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Toruń of June 14, 2022 on the introduction of the following technologies: standard of technology for execution and acceptance of regional works in the field of forest management, standard of manufacturing technology and acceptance of regional works in the field of hunting management, standard of technology for execution and acceptance of regional works in the field of forest fire monitoring. Specified in Annex 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ a detailed description of the technology standard for performing individual forestry works (activities) is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements making up the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWZ). If the action described in the above-mentioned annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex No. 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply. 5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 6) The description of the rules of the procedure for acceptance of forestry works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
