The purpose of this framework agreement is to draw up Lead Exposure Risk Reports (CREP) for the entire built heritage of Foyer Rémois and Vitry Habitat as well as for carrying out lead diagnostics before works or lead tracking before work. The services will be fully performed by issuing purchase orders, in accordance with articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.

Establishment of a risk of lead exposure report (CREP) for all establishments built before 1.1.1949.

Measure the lead concentration of the housing coverings. Measure its state of conservation.

Lead diagnosis before work or lead identification before work.

Are concerned, all establishments built before 1.1.1949 included in the common parts of accommodation buildings.
