BeCert is an application that organizations use to issue certificates for the export of products, animals and plants. Within the European Union, trade laws are uniform, with a view to the free movement of food, also known as intra-Community free trade in food and certain products of animal origin. In BeCert, in addition to export certificates, a number of intra-Community certificates will also be created to be issued in connection with export, such as certificates of control of conformity and prior certificates.

As part of the BeCert NT project, the FASFC wants to replace the existing BeCert solution with a new BeCert NT solution in order to optimize the certification process in terms of efficiency, user-friendliness and interconnectivity. This is the subject of the contract.
