The contracting authority intends to award a contract for the supply of 1 (one) young used broad gauge tractor to 1 (one) contractor, in accordance with the requirements set out in the procurement guidance document and additional annexes.
The scope of the contract concerns the delivery of (1) one young used broad gauge tractor that is suitable
for the activities mentioned in the tender documents with annexes, supplemented by the note
of information. The contracting authority has its own maintenance service and will therefore carry out the daily maintenance on the tractor itself, outside the warranty period.
The broad gauge tractor is used for:
- Mowing work, such as: mowing waterways and maintenance paths;
- Earthwork, such as: tillage for example, milling;
- Transport, to think trap from now on: ground transport with a tipper.

At the moment, the current broad gauge tractor is due for replacement. The trade-in of the current broad gauge tractor is outside the scope of this European public tender.
The young used broad gauge tractor (delivery in 2023) will be deployed from the site in Zevenaar (Nieuwe Steeg 9, 6902 PP). The broad gauge tractor is delivered Franco in Zevenaar (Nieuwe Steeg 9, 6902 PP).
