Acquisition of technical means and software necessary for the analysis of results
The need is related to the analysis of the results from two devices used in the arena tests: blocks of sheets of cardboard interceptors of chips and metal plates perforated by the splinters and whose chronology of fragments is recorded by cameras. These metal plates will be referred to in the rest of this document as "speed walls".
The requirement is divided into two lots, completely independent of each other.
- Lot 1: acquisition of logistical means (supports, furniture) and computer tools to semi-automate the stripping of cardboard blocks interceptors of chips
- Lot 2: acquisition of software allowing, from the video recordings of speed walls (impacts of splinters on metal plates), to deduce the spatial distribution (in 3D) of these fragments, to evaluate their dimensions and measure their speed.
