The purpose of this consultation is the maintenance and permanent cleaning of the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional (C.R.R.) and sports venues. This is a framework agreement, concluded pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code, and concluded without minimum and with a maximum per lot, over the overall duration of the framework agreement. It shall be established for a period of 4 years from the date of its notification, and at the earliest on 1 January 2024. Without prejudice to the provisions of 38 and following of the CCAG-FCS, it is terminable on each anniversary date by decision of the contracting public entity notified to the holder by email / mail with acknowledgment of receipt two (2) months before the end of the current period. This denunciation does not entitle the holder to any compensation.
