The Department of Vendée has decided to launch at the Collège Marais Poitevin de Benet a program:- modernization of the Externat, organizational, sanitary acoustic and thermal building,- modernization and reassignment of the existing CDI building,- renovation of the gymnasium with repair of leaks on the roof, renovation of its changing rooms and sanitary facilities and reorganization of an Eps office,- extension for capacity upgrade 300 students + Ulis,- renovation of the existing boiler room, taking into account the new extensions of the site,- elimination of the last observations of the Ad'Ap file (excluding Administration building),- replacement of the bicycle garage. This is a category 1 operation, within the meaning of the Labour Code, comprising 18 lots treated at a global and fixed price.
