The aim of the call for tenders is the awarding of nationwide formal electronic mail delivery orders (ePZA) pursuant to §§ 166 ff. Civil Procedure Code / §§ 33 ff. Postal Act for documents to be served as a result of the dunning procedure pursuant to §§ 688 issued by the Joint Remand Court of Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland ff. ZPO, documents to be served resulting from the administrative offense procedure carried out by the central administrative penalty office of the Land Rhineland-Palatinate and documents to be delivered as a result of the administrative offense procedure carried out by the local (decentralized) fine offices of the Land Rhineland-Palatinate. The return delivery of the postal delivery documents has to take place with regard to all the aforementioned service packages via paper document (PZU) and in electronic form (ePZU).
