1. The subject of the contract is: delivery together with the replacement of water meters for cold and hot water and heat meters in residential premises of the State Treasury.

2. The detailed scope of work is set out in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference - Description of the subject of the contract and in Annex 3 to the Terms of Reference - Essential Provisions of the Contract.

3. The object of the contract has been divided into two parts. The Contractor may submit an offer for 1 or 2 parts.

Lot 1 - part has been divided into:

Basic order - delivery and replacement of 147 water meters for residential use - cold water

Option - delivery including replacement of 236 water meters for residential use - cold water (154 items) and hot water (82 items). Together with the exchange of water meters in the building at ul. Grudzinski 18C and E should also be replaced with ball valves in the amount of 164 pcs.

Lot No. 2 - delivery including replacement of 153 heat meters

1. The subject of the contract is: delivery together with replacement of cold and hot water meters with dwellings of the State Treasury.

2. The detailed scope of work is set out in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference - Description of the subject of the contract and in Annex 3 to the Terms of Reference - Essential Provisions of the Contract. The exchanges should be made in all apartments of buildings listed in table A and B being Annex 1 to the ToR.

The contract has been divided into:

Basic order - delivery and replacement of 147 water meters in the home - cold water for water meters without a radio module with the possibility of its assembly with parameters: diameter 15 mm with a flow Q3 = 1.6 m 3 / H.

Option - delivery with exchange of 236 pieces of residential water meters - cold water (154 items) and hot water (82 items) on a water meter without a radio module with the possibility of its assembly with parameters: diameter 15 mm with a flow of 1.5 m 3 / H. Together with the exchange of water meters in the building at ul. Grudzinski 18C and E should also be replaced with ball valves in the amount of 164 pcs.
