The tender concerns the purchase of coffee, tea and cocoa as well as various accessories for all hospital units/hospital units, administration units and institutions, including self-governing institutions, in the Region of North Jutland, the Central Denmark Region, the Region of Southern Denmark, Region Zealand and the Capital Region of Denmark.

The Contract will be concluded separately with the winning Bidder for each region of the Contract. The tenderer will thus have to conclude one contract per participating region that is obliged to conclude the contract. This means that the individual contracts may otherwise be terminated, terminated or otherwise terminated or extended, without this affecting the other contracts concluded.

Framework agreement concerning the purchase of coffee, tea and cocoa as well as accessories, for the Region of North Jutland, the Central Denmark Region, the Region of Southern Denmark, the Capital Region of Denmark and Region Zealand. The maximum value of the agreement is DKK 103,600,000. With the winning bidder, one contract is concluded per region. The products offered are offered under a single contract. The contracting entity has chosen not to divide the contract pursuant to section 49 of the Danish Public Procurement Act, as it is considered that there is such a natural connection between the products offered that they are most appropriately handled by the same supplier.
