The purpose of this public European tender is to conclude agreements with one or two contractors for temporary and secondment services up to and including scale 9 (salary table for municipal officials) and payroll services for the municipality of Almelo, Borne, Enschede and Losser, Haaksbergen, Hellendoorn, Hengelo , Hof van Twente, Noaberkracht (Dinkelland and Tubbergen), Oldenzaal, Rijssen-Holten, Twenterand, Wierden, Joint Technology Base Scheme, Municipal Tax Office Twente (GBT), SWB Midden Twente, Environment Agency Twente (ODT), Regio Twente, Stadsbank Oost Nederland and Twente Security Region.
