The city of Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale is planning the redesign of the area around the station.

This construction task is intended to implement another point from the Integrated Urban Development Concept (ISEK) 2010. The planning task includes:

1. New construction of the canopy of the bus terminal (LPH 1 – 9 HOAI)

2. Neubau eines Bike and Ride Parkhauses (LPH 1 – 9 HOAI)

3. New construction of the access to the pedestrian underpass (LPH 1 – 3 HOAI)

The existing station building, which is privately owned, is to be framed by these two structures.

Property planning services Building § 34 HOAI. The planning services should include work phases 1-9 according to HOAI 2021.

The intention is to commission the basic services LPH 1-9 in stages (initially only LPH 1-3). The

Commissioning with further service phases (LPH 4 and 5-9) is intended in accordance with the provision of financial resources; there is no legal entitlement to further commission LPH 4 to 9.
