The Dommelvalley Department wants to achieve its P&C cycle in a lawful, adequate and (cost) efficient manner. Users should be able to count on the timely, reliable and correct implementation of the P&C cycle. The P&C application should facilitate this realization. Performance, security and management are important aspects.

The supplier is expected to set up as a partner, implement the solution, provide the solution, maintain and support organizations in achieving their goals.

The agreement is entered into for a minimum period of 4 years and has four (4) optional one (1) year renewals. The effective date of the agreement is July 1, 2022 plus the implementation period that starts immediately after the signing of the agreement (March 2020).

The required systems and processes must be ready for use by 1 July 2022.
