1 The scope of work includes:
a) Provision of shunting services on railway sidings of RADPEC S.A. in Radom,
b) Provision of unloading services from "Fals" type dump wagons or "Ea" coal wagons in RADPEC in Radom,
c) Provision of fuel - fine coal storage services at the coal yard in the TC I and TCII Heating Plant in Radom,
d) Provision of coal feeding services of the Heating Plant in Radom,
e) Management of furnace waste from combustion in the Heating Plants in Radom.
f) Taking over the duties in the field of waste records with the code 100101-slags, ashes and dust from boilers (keeping records cards and waste transfer cards) in the BDO system for Heating Plants.
g) The forecast quantity of tonnes of fine coal delivered to the siding during the term of the contract is 284 295 tonnes
1. The subject of the contract is "Provision of rail forwarding and carburizing services in the Generation Departments South TCI at 7 Żelazna Street and TCII North at 3 Holszańska Street in RADPEC S.A. in Radom."
2. The scope of work for the Manufacturing Division South TCI includes:
a) Provision of shunting services on the railway siding of RADPEC S.A. Południe TC I at 7 Żelazna Street in Radom,
b) Provision of unloading services from "Fals" type dump wagons or from "Ea" type coal wagons on the RADPEC Południe TC I railway siding at 7 Żelazna Street in Radom,
c) Provision of fuel - fine coal storage services at the coal yard in the Ciepłownia Południe TC I at 7 Żelazna Street in Radom,
d) Provision of coal feeding services at the Południe Heating Plant at 7 Żelazna Street in Radom,
e) Management of furnace waste from combustion in the Południe TC I Heating Plant at 7 Żelazna Street in Radom.
f) Taking over the duties of waste records with the code 100101-slags, ashes and dust from boilers (keeping records cards and waste transfer cards) in the BDO system for Ciepłownia Południe.
(g) The estimated tonnes of fine coal delivered to the siding during the term of the contract is [T1m]= 144 499 tonnes
3. The scope of work for the TCII North Manufacturing Department includes:
a) Provision of shunting services on the railway siding of RADPEC S.A. "Stara Wola" Północ TC II at 3 Rodziny Holszańska Street (Energetyków) in Radom,
b) Provision of unloading services from coal wagons of the "Ea" type railway on the railway siding "Stara Wola" Północ TC II at 3 Holszańska Street in Radom,
c) Provision of fuel storage services - fine coal at the coal yard in the Północ TC II Heating Plant at 3 Holszańska Street in Radom,
d) Provision of carburizing services of the Północ TC II Heating Plant at 3 Holszańska Street in Radom,
e) Management of furnace waste from combustion in the Północ TC II Heating Plant at 3 Holszańska Street in Radom.
f) Taking over the duties in the field of waste records with the code 100101-slags, ashes and dust from boilers (keeping records and waste transfer cards) in the BDO system for Ciepłownia Północ.
g) The estimated tonnes of fine coal delivered to the siding during the term of the contract is [T2m] = 139 796 tonnes
4. The Ordering Party declares that the forecast of the number of tonnes of coal dust delivered to both sidings during the term of the contract is only an approximate value, which during the performance of the Agreement may also be reduced or increased in relation to this forecast. The actual number of tonnes (smaller or greater than the forecast) will depend only on the actual needs, but regardless of their size, the Contractor is obliged in each case to apply the prices offered in the tender. The Contractor may not claim any financial claims from the Contracting entity (e.g. compensation) if during the term of the contract the Contracting Authority delivers a smaller or greater quantity of coal dust than the forecasted amount, in particular caused by changing weather conditions.
5.At the same time, the Ordering Party informs that the minimum (guaranteed) quantity of coal dust delivered to sidings during the term of the contract is 240 000 tons
