Supply of fuels in service stations and associated services (ex lot 3) Grand Angoulême, the city of Angoulême, the SMAPE and 5 municipalities of the agglomeration constituted a group of orders, in accordance with article 28 of the ordinance No 2018-899 of 23.7.20185, relating to public procurement in order to conclude the framework agreement, which is the subject of the consultation. GrandAngoulême is the coordinator. Its mission is to organize all the operations of selection of the holders, to sign and to notify the framework agreement for the members of the grouping. Each member of the group, as far as he is concerned, remains competent to execute the framework agreement. It has no minimum or maximum amount. It is single-award winner, by issuing purchase orders. Prices are firm and will change based on public prices.
