The public procurement orders VoIP landline services with IP phones and mobile telephony for two years. The contracting authority shall conclude a framework agreement with a single tenderer as a result of a procurement procedure. The duration of the framework agreement shall be 24 months. At the end of the contract and pursuant to Paragraph 49(5) of the Law on public procurement, when awarding a new service contract, the FRF has the right to organise a procurement procedure in the form of a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice when ordering services consisting in the repetition of a service ordered from the same tenderer on the basis of a contract awarded up to three years earlier following an open tendering procedure.
