Framework agreement on the implementation(s) of the second (medical) post-mortem examination before cremations (crematorium post-mortem examination) from 1 July 2024 – based on the Ordinance amending the Funeral Ordinance of 21 April 2022, Eq. No. 2127-1-1-G – based on the Reg.-Bez. Upper Franconia. – The total service is divided into a total of seven award procedures: Az. 0270.ZV-12-23-16 (Reg.-Bez. Upper Bavaria; 2 lots), Az. 0270.ZV-13-23-03 (Reg.-Bez. Lower bavaria; 4 lots), Az. 0270.ZV-14-23-03 (Reg.-Bez. Upper Palatinate; 3 lots), Az. 0270.ZV-15-23-02 (Reg.-Bez. Upper Franconia; 4 lots), Az. 0270.ZV-16-23-01 (Reg.-Bez. Middle Franconia; 2 lots), Az. 0270.ZV-17-23-01 (Reg.-Bez. Lower Franconia; 3 lots) and Az. 0270.ZV-18-23-15 (Reg.-Bez. Swabia; 5 lots). The distribution of lots within this award procedure (Az. 0270.ZV-15-23-02 , Reg.-Bez. Upper Franconia) is as follows:

- Lot 2: Crematorium Bayreuth (Bestattungsinstitut Gotha GmbH), Saaser Berg 15, 95447 Bayreuth;

- Lot 4: Hof Crematorium (Gotha Funeral Home GmbH), Plauener Straße 7, 95028 Hof.
