The requirement is for the delivery of a Scotland-wide advice and support service the "Service", delivering practical technical advice on resource efficiency in waste/material resource use, energy and water efficiency to organisations in Scotland of all sizes, including businesses, third sector and public sector organisations. This service will deliver generalised energy, material resource and water efficiency advice and training where appropriate and more focused, specialist technical advice where required.
