Mowing habitats in Natura 2000 sites

1.1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the service entitled: "Mowing habitats in Natura 2000 areas", consisting of, m.in. the performance of protective activities in Natura 2000 areas Łąki Dąbrowskie PLH240041, Łąki w Sławków PLH240043, Łąki w Jaworzno PLH240042 including double mowing of meadows on a total area of 7 ha. 1.2. Right of option The contracting authority reserves the right of option consisting in the possibility of reducing the area planned for the implementation of active protection activities by 2.8 ha, implemented within the Natura 2000 Łąki Dąbrowskie PLH240041 site within each of the stages covered by the subject of the contract. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). Other conditions regarding the performance of the contract are set out in the "Draft provisions of the contract" (PPU) constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority requires full-time employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the following activities during the performance of the contract: mowing meadows and biomass harvesting. 4. Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the requirement of employment under an employment contract are set out in the "Draft contractual provisions" (PPU), constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ
