The order concerns the electromechanical works for the new energy from waste plant of ISVAG.
These works include in particular the design, manufacture and assembly of a waste incineration plant, boiler, connection to the heat network, flue gas treatment system, steam turbine system, generator and air-cooled condenser.
See below for a description of the plots.
Lot 1: waste incineration plant, boiler and connection to the heat networkLot 1 includes the design, manufacture, supply, assembly, testing, commissioning and documentation of a complete and fully functional incinerator with grate oven, steam boiler and additional installations such as waste taps, inert bottom ash and boiler ash disposal, connection to the heat network, ventilation, cooling and compressed air systems, a central vacuum cleaning system control and monitoring system (CMS), emergency generators and UPS systems, all associated auxiliary equipment, etc.
Lot 2: flue gas treatmentLot 2 includes the design, manufacture, supply, assembly, testing, commissioning and documentation of a complete and fully functional flue gas treatment system, including a complete semi-dry system, an SCR system, a wet scrubber, (a) suction draft fan (and), emission monitoring, stacking, storage and handling of auxiliary chemicals and end products. Furthermore, the works include all specific electrical systems and control and monitoring system (CMS) for this lot, and all associated auxiliary equipment.
Lot 3: turbine, generator and air-cooled condenser (ACC)Lot 3 covers the design, manufacture, supply, assembly, testing, commissioning and documentation of a steam turbine system, generator, bypass station, air-cooled condensers, vacuum system, steam and condensate systems and interconnection of the pipes and ducts . Furthermore, the works include all specific electrical systems and control and monitoring system (CMS) for this lot, and all associated auxiliary equipment.
