Hålogaland Theatre is the regional theatre for Troms and Finnmark. The theatre is owned by Troms County (50 %) Finnmark County (25 %), and Tromsø Municipality (25 %).

The theatre puts on performances in Tromsø and at different tour locations in Troms and Finnmark. Only the host service for the performances/events at our building in Tromsø are included in the procurement.

The aim of the contest is to enter into a framework agreement for a host service at performances and events at Hålogaland Theatre.

The host service will see to the public's safety, both as regards fire safety and other safety. Furthermore, the service must see to the performance and actors' safety from disturbing elements. The host service is also an important part of the public's experience, as the service is also the theatre's outside face for performances and events.
