The purpose of this contract is the issuance of electronic meal vouchers to members of the staff of the Commune of Ecaussinnes and the C.P.A.S., including the processing and loading of meal vouchers.

The services required therefore involve the issuance of meal vouchers with a face value of EUR 6 granted to:

- 144 administrative staff;

- 113 agents of the CPAS of Ecaussinnes.

An updated list of agents will be communicated at the time of notification of this contract.

The contracting authority reserves the right during the term of the contract, without having to provide any justification, to change the face value of the securities to be issued and issued.

Place of service:

- Municipal administration, Grand Place, 3 to 7190 Ecaussinnes

- CPAS d'Ecaussinnes, Place des Martyrs, 9 to 7190 Ecaussinnes

This contract covers all the present and future staff of the Commune of Ecaussinnes and the C.P.A.S.

This contract is therefore a joint contract for which the contracting authority designated to act on their collective behalf, in accordance with Article 48 of the Law of 17 June 2016, is the Municipality of Ecaussinnes.
