The purpose of this consultation is a project management mission for the restructuring of an ambulatory surgery sector and the creation of an odontology unit and a surgery unit outside the operating theatres within the premises of the former urology department of the Nord Franche-Comté hospital, located on level 3 of the MCO building on the Trévenans site. The area to be redeveloped is approximately 1,100 square meters DO. The Operation does not provide for the creation of new surfaces

the holder will be awarded a contract according to the elements of missions listed below and under the conditions set out in Articles R2431-1 to R2431-23 of the Public Order Code relating to the private project management mission and those of the decree of 22 March 2019 1) the basic missions of the project management are:- diagnostic studies - sketch studies - preliminary design studies - project studies - assistance to the contracting authority for the award of works contracts - approval of execution studies carried out by the economic operators responsible for the works - synthesis studies - management of the execution of works contracts - assistance provided to the contracting authority during acceptance operations and during the guarantee period of perfect completion. 2) the complementary missions are:- Scheduling, management and coordination of the site: specialized competence- coordination of Fire Safety Systems
