The procurement concerns a turnkey contract for the expansion of Bakås School from a 1 parallel primary school to a 2 parallel primary school. The expansion includes the demolition of the existing pavilion building from 2004 (building 3) of approx. 460 m2, the renovation of the existing before-and-after-school care building (building 02) from 1997 of approx. 280 m2, the renovation of the existing main building from 1980 (building 1) of approx. 1 930 m2 and a complete new extension (building 4) of approx. 2 740 m2. The renovation includes complete new technical installations for all disciplines, necessary alterations, insulating walls, a new roof and new surfaces. The extension is to be constructed as a plus house, including solar panel installations on the roof of the extension and parts of the existing buildings. Complete new heat pump installations that provides heating and cooling for both the extension and the existing buildings, including external guideways in the ground between the buildings. The procurement also includes new outdoor areas.
