This market is a market for insurance services falling under CPV codes 66510000-8 et seq.

The purpose of the contract is the award of the following insurance lots:

Component 1. Fire and related peril insurance

Stream 2. IT & Electronic All Risk Insurance

Component 3. Workers' compensation insurance and "surplus law" (1971 Act)

Component 4. General Liability and Legal Protection Insurance

Component 5. Executive Liability Insurance

Component 6. Strict liability insurance

Lot 2. Hospitalization Insurance

The technical requirements to be met by the services are set out below in the technical clauses of these special specifications. These technical clauses must be met and respected throughout the duration of the performance of the services.
