The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of medicinal products to the University Center for Women's and Newborn Health of the Medical University of Warsaw Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw divided into 8 tasks in the assortment and quantities specified in detail in the attached assortment and price forms constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial tenders. The Contractor may submit a tender for any part(s) or for the entire subject of the contract.

The Contractor shall offer the expiration date of the shipped assortment not less than 6 months from the date of delivery.

Task 1 - pharmaceutical products, contains 19 items in the assortment and price form.

Task 2 - pharmaceutical products, contains 1 item in the assortment and price form.

Task 3 - pharmaceutical products, contains 2 items in the assortment and price form.

Task 4 - pharmaceutical products, contains 1 item in the assortment and price form.

Task 5 - pharmaceutical products, contains 1 item in the assortment and price form.

Task 6 - pharmaceutical products, contains 2 items in the assortment and price form.

Task 7 - pharmaceutical products, contains 1 item in the assortment and price form.

Task 8 - pharmaceutical products, contains 1 item in the assortment and price form.
