New construction of a four-lobed Integrated Comprehensive School - building automation.

Execution of the building automation according to DIN 18386 for the new construction of a four-level integrated comprehensive school with auditorium and 2-field sports hall as well as official residence.

The works essentially include:

- 3 St. DDC- BacNet substations:

- ISP 01 approx. 275 data points,

- ISP 02 approx. 110 data points,

- ISP 03 about 75 data points,

- 3 pc. MSR switchgear with power unit, control unit and DDC part,

- 1 building management system with hardt and software for the monitoring and control of building services,

- approx. 50 pieces of plant graphics,

- approx. 2 117 dynamic impressions,

- approx. 85 field devices such as temperature sensors, control valves and drives,

- approx. 9,000 m of MSR cabling,

- 5 Ethernet router for technology network including accessories,

- approx. 500 m network cabling Cat7 and LWL,

- 1 St. BSK reporting system for approx. 290 fire dampers.
