The subject of the contract is the development and delivery of an innovative Internet platform as well as analytical, design, implementation and documentation works related to the implementation of an online tool supporting spatial planning processes as part of the project "Integrated and socialized model of spatial planning through the development of the Spatial Strategy of the Rzeszów Functional Area" co-financed by the European Social Fund under the Program Operational Knowledge Education Development for the years 2014 – 2020.

The subject of the contract is the development and delivery of an innovative Internet platform as well as analytical, design, implementation and documentation works related to the implementation of an online tool supporting spatial planning processes as part of the project "Integrated and socialized model of spatial planning through the development of the Spatial Strategy of the Rzeszów Functional Area" co-financed by the European Social Fund under the Program Operational Knowledge Education Development for the years 2014 – 2020.
The subject of the contract includes:
1. Development, delivery and implementation of application and database software for global administrators (server, administration and analytical applications).
2. Development, delivery and implementation of application software for project partners, enabling the operation and provision of implemented e-services along with migration and supply of data to databases and metadata covered by the implementation process.
3. Digitization of drawings of local spatial development plans in force in municipalities and study of conditions and directions of spatial development (drawing directions), archival local spatial development plans.
4. Creation of a Central Spatial Database (CBDP).
5. Launch of individual municipal map portals and a common integrated geoportal for all Project Partners.
6. Conducting trainings and instructions on the operation of the provided platform components, in particular tool and application software for project participants (administrators).
