1. Preliminary remarks
The IHP researches and develops silicon-based systems, high-frequency circuits and technologies for areas of application such as wireless and broadband communication, aerospace, biotechnology & medicine, automotive industry, security technology and industrial automation.
In this context, semiconductor-specific process lines have to be supplied with media uninterruptedly, 24 hours a day.
The IHP intends to tender for the continuation of the basic gas supply and logistics of the process gas supply at the location: in Technologiepark 25, 15236 Frankfurt (Oder) as part of a negotiated procedure.
2. Scope of services
The scope of services is the uninterrupted continuation of the basic gas supply and logistics of the process gas supply. In this context, the client is looking for an optimal supply concept that can be implemented in compliance with the legal and local framework conditions at the place of performance.
The strategic cleanroom expansion went into operation during the service period, along with the hook-up of new process tools.
The advertised service includes:
- Delivery, installation and operation of plants for basic gas production (on-site plants)
The sound power level of these systems must not exceed a target value of 75dB (A).
The independent purchase of electricity to supply the generating plants must be checked;
- Construction / operation of a tank farm;
- delivery of bulk gases;
- Delivery, installation and operation of systems for post-cleaning and analysis;
- Warehousing, logistics and bottle change of the process gas supply.
The following parameters apply:
1. Uninterruptible N2 supply:
- Quality 4.0 / 6.0 approx. 750 Nm
- Quality 8.0 approx. 100 Nm
2. Uninterruptible H2 supply:
- Quality 8.0 approx. 10 Nm
3. Uninterrupted O2 supply:
- Quality 4.0 approx. 3 Nm
- Quality 8.0 approx. 15 Nm
4. Uninterruptible Ar supply:
- Quality 8.0 approx. 6 Nm
5. Uninterruptible He supply:
- Quality 6.0 approx. 0.2 Nm
The IHP expects the supply of base gases 1-5. at the point of use. It is about the optimal concept, with the possible components: delivery, post-cleaning and production on site.
In this context, the external service provider also takes over operator services for the following customer systems:
- H2 generator, H2 cleaner;
- Purifier systems for N2, O2, Ar;
- Online analytics.
The service> Logistics of process gas supply The goal is the continuous supply of cylinder gases in approx. 30 productive z. T. safety gas cabinets. These are special gases for semiconductor technologies, which due to their properties are subject to special safety requirements. The process gases are procured through separate framework agreements and are not part of this negotiation process. 1.
