1. The subject of the contract is the execution of comprehensive modernization of air, street and internal lighting with financing in the form of leasing for a definite period at Lublin Airport S.A., including:

a) comprehensive modernization of the air, street and indoor lighting installation and putting it into paid use by Port Lotniczy Lublin S.A. for a definite period of time for remuneration payable monthly;

b) service of the comprehensive lighting installation;

c) sale of the comprehensive lighting installation after the end of the period of paid use;

b) service of the comprehensive lighting installation;

c) sale of the comprehensive lighting installation after the end of the period of paid use;

2. The contract includes:

a) dismantling 1 642 pieces of luminaires present with light sources and their complete disposal,

b) exchange that will take place in the areas of access roads to the airport, parking lots and internal roads and car parks in the restricted area of the airport, including min. on aircraft aprons (PPS), internal and external lighting in the passenger terminal building (TP), technical and garage building (BTG), airport rescue and firefighting service building (LSRG) and fuel depot building (BP).
