Implementation and integration of a Data Integration Platform to support digital meters in support of business processes related to the digital meter, a new cloud-based application platform and associated functionalities should be introduced that are highly are integrated with, among other things, the existing meter data and backend application. Within this new application, consumes, alarms and events will be combined with customer data in which new processes are set up and existing processes are expanded and automated. The solution should be based on the Easter components of the MS Azure cloud platform.
The implementation has, among other things, the objective:
— a better customer-oriented handling of alarms, events, consumption anomalies, and this in terms of communication and follow-up,
— more efficient integration of the digital meter within existing business processes (e.g. moving process, meter recording and invoicing, flow limitation, [ ... ]),
— meet consumption reporting needs (e.g. consumption aggregation, water balance).
