The tendering company would like to purchase IT products to support network management processes. These are to be adapted or configured to meet the specific requirements of the company issuing the advertisement and are to be operated and maintained after being converted into productive use. The requirements of the tendering company are divided into the following 4 lots, which can be awarded separately, whereby a bidder can also apply for several lots:

- Lot 1: mains connection;

- Lot 2: commercial basics;

- Lot 3: invoice and payment;

- Lot 4: market communication.

The requirements for the sought-after IT products for the individual lots are listed in Appendix A of this guide. Each lot includes the following service certificates:

- Proof of Concept (PoC);

- Software introduction and adaptation service certificate (SEA);

- Migration certificate;

- Software as a Service (SaaS) certificate.
