The purpose of this call for tender is to give support to conducting early dialogues aiming at improving the data collection during the development phase of the technology. For the purpose mentioned above, the contractor will develop a number of methodological protocols and test them through 10 early dialogues pilots.

Task 1:

The contractor shall provide methodological protocols for conducting early dialogues with voluntary individual healthcare product developers, in the field of medicinal products and in the field of medical devices.

Task 2:

The contractor shall engage at least 10 voluntary EU Member States' HTA authorities (national or regional) to test the protocols through at least 10 early dialogues; at least 7 for medicinal products and at least 3 for medical devices.
