The State Office for Immigration and Refugees Schleswig-Holstein (LaZuF) operates, among other things, a state accommodation (hereinafter referred to as LUK) in Segeberger Straße 106a, 23795 Bad Segeberg. As a rule, the LUK should have 600 seats. In times of increased access, the property can be occupied by approx. 850 people. In very special situations with extremely high access (such as war in Ukraine), up to 1,200 people can be accommodated in the property. From 1,000 onwards, extended opening and serving times of the canteen must be expected. For this situation, a separate price must be given from the 1,001st person, which is included in the overall ranking with 5 out of 100.

As the competent immigration authority and contractual partner, the LaZuF will be represented on site with staff.

We are looking for a reliable, industry-experienced service provider who can offer an appealing range of varied, inexpensive and tasty food and beverages, adapted to the respective market situation and the special needs, in particular of the different faiths and countries of origin of the residents, to the residents of the LUK and the employees of the authorities and other institutions working there. The use of allergenic additives in food should be avoided. It is expected that there will be a flexible response to the fluctuating occupancy figures. It is expected that the service provider will respond to the dietary habits of the residents.
