The subject of the Order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new specialist suction and pressure car for cleaning and clearing sewage systems with water recovery (recycling). Date of production of the subject of the Order (chassis and bodywork): not earlier than 2022. The execution of the Order is subject to Polish law, including in particular the Act of 23 April 1964. Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1740, as amended).
