1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity (sale), in accordance with the principles set out in the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and in executive acts issued on its basis, for the needs of the Ordering Party's facilities.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and tariffs for individual electricity consumption points shall be specified in the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity (sale), in accordance with the principles set out in the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and in executive acts issued on its basis, for the needs of the Ordering Party's facilities.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and tariffs for individual electricity consumption points shall be specified in the SWZ.

3. The forecasted electricity consumption in the period from April 1 to December 31, 2023 is 941 MWh, while the expected value of electricity consumption by the Ordering Party during the term of the contract is only indicative and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase energy in the given amount. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for the purchase by the Ordering Party of less than the expected amount of energy.

4. As a result of the conducted procedure, 1 contract covering the supply of electricity to 2 PPE will be concluded. Invoices will be issued for each collection point separately, on dates applied by the DSOs according to the price included in the offer. 5. The Contractor undertakes to act as an entity responsible for commercial balancing for electricity consumed at the Contractor's energy consumption points.

6. Costs resulting from balancing shall be included in the electricity price. All rights and obligations related to trade balancing, including reporting trade schedules to DSOs, are transferred to the Contractor.

7. The Contracting Authority has concluded an agreement with the DSO for the provision of electricity distribution services for an indefinite period.

8. Metering and settlement system: semi-indirect with a modem for remote data transmission.

9. The selected contractor is obliged to submit to the Contracting Authority, before signing the contract, a statement on having a General Distribution Agreement with the DSO Distribution System Operator operating in the city of Gdańsk.
