The subject of the order is the delivery of reagents and consumables and consumables for automatic isolation of nucleic acids in the closed system MagNa Pure 96 along with the rental of a robotic station for the Provincial Veterinary Inspectorate in Gdańsk. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, the Price Form constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and the Proposed provisions of the contract – Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.

1. The offered set listed in point 1.1. of the price form constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ must enable insulation in the automatic robotic station MagNa Pure 96 owned by the Ordering Party ROCHE instrument containing reagents for the isolation of DNA and nucleic acids of viruses from various types of material.

2. The Ordering Party requires that the set contains 3 ready-to-use sets of reagents, packaged in the form of cassettes and 6 bottles with magnetic beads, together with the necessary consumable to make 70,000 insulation.

3. The Contractor is obliged to independently calculate and provide in the price form constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ the necessary number of sets, consumables and consumables to carry out 70,000 reactions.

4. The CONTRACTOR is obliged to lease to the CONTRACTING ENTITY a robotic station for automatic isolation of nucleic acids in a closed system, ensuring the possibility of making a minimum of 70,000 insulations, for a period not shorter than the validity of the delivered insulation kits with the parameters specified in the Description of the subject of the contract - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
