The present European public tender procedure GT Connect 2 aims, by means of two Framework Agreements, to acquire technology, functionality, service, maintenance, support and Equipment as a supplement to and in link with the Microsoft Teams (MS Teams) already present at the municipalities and municipal organizations concerned, also known as "Participants".

The Assignment of Lot 1 concerns the building blocks:

 (Re)designing telephony;

 Customer Contact Center;

 Session Border Controller;

 Integration; and

 Additional services.
