In the context of this tender, the client intends to conclude an agreement for the transshipment and transport of the household residual waste (HRA) and vegetable fruit and garden waste (VGF) collected by or on behalf of the client. Not all organic waste collected by or on behalf of the client falls within the scope of the assignment, because the client also delivers directly to the processor of the organic waste. If there are catch-up days, the client will always offer the VFG collected during these days to the tenderer. The HRA collected by or on behalf of the client does fall entirely within the scope of the assignment, with the exception of the HRA collected by or on behalf of the client (when writing the tender documents: Van Kaathoven) from 400-500 addresses in the outskirts of Boxtel. The schedule of requirements that forms part of the tender documents contains a further elaboration of the nature and scope of the contract.
