1. The object of the order is construction works consisting in the modernization of the provincial road No. 855 on the section from km 0+007 to km 4+277.
This order is the task listed in item 2.1.59 of version 8 of the Procedure Plan of 16 April 2021, published in the Public Procurement Bulletin No 2021/BZP/00002290/08/P.
2. The detailed scope of material and quantities of works are specified in the subject matter of works and the SST.
3. The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe traffic and pedestrian conditions in the area of the works carried out, on the basis of a project of organizing traffic for the time of the works carried out, approved by the traffic manager on the provincial roads.

3. The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe traffic and pedestrian conditions in the area of the works carried out, on the basis of a project of organizing traffic for the time of the works carried out, approved by the traffic manager on the provincial roads.
4. Works shall be performed according to the technical specifications below: D.01.01.01; D.01.02.04; D.02.01.01; D.04.01.01; D.04.03.01; D.05.02.01; D.05.03.05; D.05.03.05a; D.05.03.05b; D.05.03.11; D.03.23; D.06.03.01; D.06.04.01.; D.03.07.01.; D.07,01.01,; D.08.03.01.
5. The Contracting Authority shall notify that the contract in question will be financed by the Government Local Investment Fund. Accordingly, the Contracting Party, pursuant to Article 257 of the Pzp Act, reserves the possibility of rescinding the procedure in question if the public funds which the Contracting Party intended to allocate to the contract are not granted to him and transferred to the budget of the ZDW in Lublin
6. Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC, general the Data Protection Regulation (OJ EU L 119 Z 4.5.2016, p. 1) hereinafter 'GDPR', informs that:
