The subject of the contract is to ensure that the Contractor provides a support service and service for HP software and equipment used in the City Office of Krakow. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall include the model contract together with the annexes, annex 7 to the SWZ.

3. The Contracting Party shall not permit submission of partial tenders. Justification for the absence of distribution of the order
the parts are found in point 3.4. SWZ.
4. The Contracting Authority does not require the execution of the contract by protected work establishments, social cooperatives or other contractors subject to the provision of Article 94 (1) of the Law Pzp.
5. The Awarding Entity does not allow submitting variants.
6. The Awarding Entity does not envisage conducting an electronic auction.
7. The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to carry out the subject of the contract using subcontractors on the terms set out in the SWZ.
8. The Contracting Authority does not require the employment of personnel on the basis of employment
9. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Act.
10. The Contracting Authority did not conduct preliminary market consultations before the initiation of the procedure.
11. The Contracting Authority in this proceeding does not require the Contractors to submit the means of evidence in question.

14. Before the expiry of the deadline for submitting tenders, the Contractor is obliged to bring a defect of: PLN 55 000,00. The rules for bringing the wadium are set out in point 13 of the SWZ.
15. The Contracting Authority does not require the provision of security of the due performance of the contract.
