This contract covers the cleaning of the premises of the following buildings:

- Communal Administration of Jette (Chaussée de Wemmel, 100, 1090 Jette):

- all buildings, and

- the "Annex" (Chaussée de Wemmel 102, 1090 Jette).

- Jette municipal administration (Rue Léon Theodor 108, 1090 Jette):

- main building, including the small back yard ("smoking area") and the premises of the CPAS located at least 1, excluding the following premises:

--- the premises of the Red Cross,

--- the premises of the Family Planning,

--- the premises of Actiris,

--- the premises of the School of homework,

--- premises of the Local Employment Agency (ALE).

- Van Asbroeck School (Rue Hubert Van Eepoel 1, 1090 Jette):

- all buildings,

- Boule and Bill crib (Rue Stanislas Legrelle 1, 1090 Jette).

This contract includes the making available by the successful tenderer of all the supplies necessary for the proper performance of the contract, excluding the following sanitary consumables: toilet paper, hand paper and soap, which consumables will be supplied and placed by the authorities contracting.

These services are more fully described below in the section dedicated to the description of the technical requirements.

Pursuant to Article 20 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016, this contract is considered as a service contract.
